1. Roof is thoroughly pressure cleaned to remove loose paint, dirt and mildew.

2. Roof is grouted with an acrylic modified high strength cement using a squeegee.

3. Acrylic cement is broomed to a smooth finish.

4. Roof is primed with a clear penetrating primer
to give maximum adhesion of waterproof coatings.

5. Elastomeric membrane is applied in two heavy coats.
The first coat is sprayed and backrolled.

6. The second coat is sprayed on.

7. Finish coat is an acrylic topcoat which can be white or
any color (although light colors are recommended)

8. The result is a beautiful, seamless, watertight
roof which is extremely wind resistant.
