Our Roof Waterproofing Warranty

When the job is complete, the homeowner is given a Warranty Certificate which explains in detail our renewable warranty which is a Lifetime Warranty with homeowner participation.

We offer a unique waterproofing warranty that enables the homeowner to keep his roof under warranty as long as he owns his home. The warranty is transferable to the buyer should the homeowner sell, adding considerable value to his property. Unlike conventional roof warranties which expire after 5 years, our warranty is renewable after 7 years. And unlike conventional roofs, which have to be replaced after their life expectancy, our waterproofed roofs are maintainable and can be kept under warranty as long as the homeowner follows our recommended maintenance schedule.
